 My name is Jeff and my mission is to help people prove to themselves that they can make lasting and sustainable change in their lives through fitness and an active lifestyle. January 2020 I was obese, smoking 2 packs of cigarettes per day, and was an alcoholic. I was on multiple prescriptions as a result of my daily habits. I was slowly 

 My name is Jeff and my mission is to help people prove to themselves that they can make lasting and sustainable change in their lives through fitness and an active lifestyle. January 2020 I was obese, smoking 2 packs of cigarettes per day, and was an alcoholic. I was on multiple prescriptions as a result of my daily habits. I was slowly killing myself. I had hit rock bottom and decided I needed to change to save my life. I quit smoking and went to rehab for my drinking. After rehab I needed a hobby to keep me busy and fell into exercise and fitness with the help of my wife. I was good at completing daily and weekly fitness goals I set out for myself and decided I needed a long term goal to focus on. A Spartan 5KM obstacle course race was the goal. April 2021 was my first race and I have not looked back. I have lost over 50 pounds and now compete in multiple obstacle course races with distances up to half marathon. If I can redefine myself anyone can. My mission is to be there to help others realize this.

Conquer takes your fitness goals seriously. As a NASM certified personal trainer, your success is my success. Unlike most trainers I will be available via text and quick to respond to any questions that arise regarding programing. I will also be available for 1 scheduled phone call per week for additional guidance and support if needed at no extra charge.

My focus is to help athletes scale up their performance in obstacle course racing, endurance/ trail running, DEKA, and Hyrox events. Whether you're an athlete wanting to reach podium, be more proficient with obstacles, be better than you were yesterday, run faster and longer distances, or wanting to participate in an event for your first time, Conquer Fitness is for you.

All programing is done via TrueCoach. This is a free app that clients can download that assists me with training, planning nutrition, documenting limitations, personal goals, equipment available to you, and much more. 

All programs are tailored to each individual's personal goals, fitness level, interests, equipment available, and time available to train. Please see programs for more details.
